I had an interesting convo with MTK Beats, Q.dot, and others; via twitter, that sparked up the inspiration for this short video. I call it "The Manuscript". Through these weekly twitter discussions I will be giving insight on production and ways to prepare one's self for success in the music business.

This young man is a recipient of the Bill Gates College Fund, which brought him to Seattle to finish his degree. He was introduced to me while he was searching for a single for his upcoming project (in the works). We clicked quickly and with help from Jeremy Dawson, we came up with "Down With Me".

K.O. will be traveling back to his hometown of Austin, Texas, to participate in the city's Summer Jam 09.

MAKING 'I'M A STAR' - TAJ MAHAL F/ M.I. (OF TRIQUAD)

Hooked up with the homie M.I. (of Triquad) to pen the hook for Taj Mahal. This joint is gonna be a summer smash, apparently, as everybody's already washing their cars for the video shoot.

This joint will be the single for Taj's & Duna's collaborative album titled Pimp/Rapper. Due out this July.

IQ DROPS IN THE PHARMACY - Video

During his video-shoot-week, me and IQ drop by The Pharmacy to check out J. Pinder. He was working on his album and writing to some Vitamin D tracks. The young homie Starr was in the building. There was definitely some good music happening that day.
